Therefore, it deserves sincere attention. It is also more complicated than it looks. It is not like submitting a list of wishes and requirements. A lot is involved: cold aspects such as regulations and finances, but also warm elements such as emotions and the atmosphere of the neighborhood. In the end it is about the whole package where everything has to fall into place.

To bring an assignment to a success, it is important for me to include people in the process, from the beginning. I am honest in my advice and you can count on me to do what I say. By asking clients questions and discuss possible choices with them, I challenge them to step outside their comfort zone. This sincere attention is crucial for a pleasant and good cooperation.

Mission

You can make every place in the world your own, but you can’t make every place feel like home. Coming home is a feeling that comes up instantly when walking through the front door. You feel comfortable in your own skin, relaxed and free.

That feeling depends on many factors: your own preference, what your home looks like, or the neighborhood you live in. My mission is accomplished when I can ensure that my clients get that feeling in the house they buy or if people pass on their home to other residents who continue the story of their home.

If you want to do my job well it takes a lot of time and energy, but that is fine. When it comes to something important as looking for a new home or selling your home, it is of the utmost importance that I am attentive and sincere.

That way I can make the process as smooth as possible. I am convinced that in the end people want to be taken seriously and don’t want their real estate agents to sweet talk to them when it is not true what they say. I am honest when I give advice and I communicate in a direct way. That way I empower people to make the best decisions and give them an opportunity to get the most out of the experience. In the end, it is not about selling a house, but a home.

Buying

Looking for a new house? I’d like to help you with that! Together we will find a house that suits your needs and feels like home. I will include you in the process from the beginning, step-by-step, until we buy the house. You can count on me, I will give honest advice about the houses we visit and make sure we can get the best one for the lowest price.

In a personal conversation we will go through the whole process, step-by-step, and after that I will draw up a plan of action and email it to you.

Selling

Do you want to sell your home? I’d like to guide you in that process. It is stressful and emotional enough when selling a house, let alone selling your home. In that process it is nice to have someone around who takes you seriously and takes away your worries. With honest advice, vast knowledge of the subject and years of experience I will see to it that your home is treated properly, sold in a good way and passed on to the right residents.

I’d like to come visit to draw up a plan of action and provide an indication of the price of the house. We go through all the necessary steps, for example the presentation of the house or the analysis of the market trends and price developments. In 24 hours you receive all the information!

Managing

Are you a landlord? I’d like to help you managing your property. It takes a lot of time to manage a house, like keeping up with the paperwork and, contract maintenance, or maintain relations with tenants. I possess the skills and experience to represent you, maintain the building and the relations with tenants, or keeping up with the paperwork.
