eerlijke communicatie. Die twee beloftes vormen voor mij de kern van wat een makelaar zou moeten zijn. Het zoeken van een eigen thuis of het verkopen van je thuis is een belangrijke gebeurtenis. Daarom verdient het oprechte aandacht. Het is daarnaast ook ingewikkelder dan het inleveren van een lijst van wensen en eisen.<\/p>\n<p>Er komt heel veel bij kijken: koude drempels als regelgeving en financi\u00ebn, maar ook warme elementen als emoties en de sfeer van een buurt. Het is een totaalpakket waarbij alles op zijn plek moet vallen. Om jouw opdracht aan mij tot een succes te maken is het voor mij als makelaar belangrijk om mensen vanaf het begin af aan mee te nemen in mijn werkwijze. Ik ben eerlijk in mijn advies en je kan ervan op aan gaan dat ik doe wat ik zeg. Door het doorvragen bij mensen en met hen te sparren stimuleer ik ze buiten hun comfortzone te treden.
